Business911 PIP Program: JerseySheyDesigns has donated Web deign Services to Small Business That Qualify-

PAYMENTS:

 

If payment arrangements are made for site: Site will not be released to customer until amount is paid in full.
If amount is not paid in full within 14 days of site creation, JerseySheyDesigns reserves the right to terminate any existing work and pursue fee's for site set up.

 

• Payment is due at time of order on all online services.

• In Office / Specials will need payment due at time ordered.

• Regular Purchases May pay 1/2 down– and make payment arrangements from start date to publish date.*

• Commercial Creation– payment due at time of order.

• Marketing Services- payment due at time of order.

 

 

 

Attention Businesses!!

Invoiced / Billed Services:

If you have been Invoiced / Billed for services. You have 7 Days to pay bill with NO Late Fee.

$25 Late Fee Added Weekly after Day 10 of Billing Date

 Unless other WRITTEN arrangement have been made & approved.

 

 

Payment Options

 

JerseyShey Designs gives you several ways to pay for services:

 

•  Online Payments: Pay Deposits , Fees, or Finance Payments ( PAY PAL FEES APPLY) pay now

• Mail Payments:  Let Designer Know before mailing / CHECK OR MONEY ORDER.

(a) Checks paid payable to Owner.

(b) All Websites started while waiting on check clearance are subject to termination if funds are insufficient. Site will not be released to check payments until all fees have cleared.

(c) Please make sure name of your business is on check if personal check.

• Pick Up Payment: We can pick up payments from you, If your in the North Carolina Area. There is a fee. Varies per Location. 

• Western Union: Fees are cheaper then Pay Pal , and it gets your services started quicker! Ask your designer about this service.

 

 

CLIENT RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ALL PAY PAL FEES. PAY PAL FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

 

 

 

Late Payments

Payments are due on scheduled payment dates. There will be a $15 Late Fee added to installment payments that are paid more then 3 days AFTER scheduled payment due date.

 

Late Fees & Website Completion

Once your website is completed you have 14 days to make final payment. If arrangements have been made to leave site active. There will be a $25 Late fee added every week while waiting on final payment.

 

 

 

Design / Content

Once site is purchased you have 48 hours from time of payment to turn in all information needed for design creation, (ie, pictures, content, links etc)

 

*If there is no information or material required because it was purchased with design. Your purchase order should state ( CIP/Content Included in Pruchase ) 

 JerseySheyDesigns holds no responsibility for content, pictures, or information on client sites. All pictures provides by JSD are not to represent any affiliation or association and are for marketing purposes only. No funds have been obtained by JSD for use of pictures. 

 

All material/info must be recieved within 48hours to guarantee completion date.

 

 

Completion

Completion dates are when you should expect your design to be complete. The following things can CHANGE a completion date:

1. A additional purchase

2. Additional Editing

3. Delay of Information / Material

4. Technical Difficulties

 

 

Editing

* All editing must be put in writing via email, or if done via phone must receive a confirmation email of call before changes are made.

* If you have been sent the design for editing approval. You have 48hours to get back to us with any changes. After 48hours NO changes will be made if site is complete without an additional fee.

* 2 Design Edits per purchase* / If purchasing a special 1 Design Edit per purchase
